Alabama High School Basketball - Crenshaw Christian Academy can't hold off Hooper Academy
December 9, 2025: Hope Hull, AL 28859 Hooper Academy Colts (Hope Hull, AL) backers went home thrilled Tuesday as they saw their basketball team tip the visiting Crenshaw Christian Academy Cougars (Luverne, AL), 1-0 in a non-league contest.
The Colts (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Macon-East Montgomery Academy (Cecil, AL). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Macon-East Montgomery Academy nipped Evangel Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL), 46-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cougars confront the Southern Academy Cougars (Greensboro, AL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 13. Crenshaw Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 62-42 non-league loss to Patrician Academy (Butler, AL).
