Texas High School Basketball - Dunbar knocks off Wyatt
December 9, 2025: Fort Worth, TX 76119 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Dunbar Wildcats (Fort Worth, TX) and the host Wyatt Chaparrals (Fort Worth, TX), observed Dunbar's basketball team overcome Wyatt by a score of 65-51.
The Wildcats (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Diamond Hill-Jarvis (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles come into the 4A Region I District 8 challenge with a 9-9 record. In their last challenge, Diamond Hill-Jarvis defeated Maypearl (Maypearl, TX), 53-22, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the Chaparrals meet the Irving Tigers (Irving, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, December 11. Wyatt will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 1-7 record after their 62-29 non-league loss to Creekview (Carrollton, TX).
