The Monroe Central Golden Bears basketball squad (Parker City, IN), was crushed 56-35 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN)

With the victory, Frankton advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Eastbrook (Marion, IN) to meet the Panthers in a Central Indiana battle on Friday, December 12. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 3-1. Eastbrook won 58-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Southern Wells (Poneto, IN)

In their next game, the Golden Bears battle the Wes-Del Warriors (Gaston, IN) in a Mid-Eastern challenge, on Saturday, December 13. Monroe Central will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
