The Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ) basketball were winner over the visiting Sunnyside Blue Devils (Tucson, AZ), 59-51 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mesquite for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 11. Gilbert will play a Wildcats team coming off a 75-34 non-league loss to Deer Valley (Glendale, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-3.
