December 9, 2025: Fairfax, VA 22032 The Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) basketball crushed the host Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA), 74-51 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McLean for a non-league test on Thursday, December 11. Oakton will play a Highlanders team coming off a 71-63 league win over Herndon (Herndon, VA). The Highlanders record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Robinson moves to 2-2 on the season. The Rams host Centreville (Clifton, VA) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 15. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Centreville lost 56-48 in their recent non-league challenge against John Champe (Aldie, VA)
