Ohio High School Basketball - West Carrollton overwhelms Piqua
December 9, 2025: West Carrollton, OH 45449 The West Carrollton Pirates basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Piqua Indians to 24 in the Pirates league triumph on Tuesday.
The Pirates now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sidney for a Miami Valley - Valley game on Friday, December 12. West Carrollton will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 66-46 league loss to Stebbins (Riverside, OH). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Piqua falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Butler (Vandalia, OH) to confront the Aviators in a Miami Valley - Valley outing on Tuesday, December 16. The Aviators enter the outing with a record of 2-0.
