Norfolk Catholic Knights (Norfolk, NE) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] Bobcats (Clearwater, NE), 41-40 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Norfolk Catholic advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Knights host Stanton (Stanton, NE) to meet the Mustangs in a C2 District 7 contest on Thursday, December 11. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 2-1. Stanton won 43-37 in their recent non-league contest against West Point-Beemer (West Point, NE)

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Niobrara/Verdigre Cougars (Niobrara, NE) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 12.
