Louisiana High School Basketball - Brusly nips Teurlings Catholic
February 1, 2022: Brusly, LA 70719 Brusly Panthers (Brusly, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA), 51-50 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Brusly upgrades its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Bogalusa (Bogalusa, LA) to play the Lumberjacks in a non-league bout on Monday, February 7. The Lumberjacks come into the bout with a record of 7-17.
Next up, the Rebels play the Carencro Bears (Lafayette, LA) in a 4A District 5 bout, on Friday, February 4. Teurlings Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record.
