February 1, 2022: Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 La Crosse Central Red Raiders (La Crosse, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln Red Raiders (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), 66-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, La Crosse Central upgrades its record to 19-1 on the season. The Red Raiders host Holmen (Holmen, WI) to play the Vikings in a Mississippi Valley bout on Tuesday, February 8. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 5-10. Holmen lost 64-58 in their recent league bout against Tomah (Tomah, WI)
Next up, the Red Raiders play the Merrill Bluejays (Merrill, WI) in a Wisconsin Valley bout, on Friday, February 4. Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Bluejays go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 75-68 non-league win over Rhinelander (Rhinelander, WI).
