The New London Wildcats basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Loudonville Redbirds to 35 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crestview for a Firelands contest on Saturday, February 5.

The Redbirds (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Lucas (Lucas, OH). The Cubs enter the Mid-Buckeye contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Lucas nudged New London (New London, OH), 58-34, in a non-league contest.
