Kansas High School Basketball - Waverly crushes West Franklin
February 1, 2022: Pomona, KS 66076 Waverly Bulldogs (Waverly, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host West Franklin Falcons (Pomona, KS), 66-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Waverly upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Southern Coffey County (LeRoy, KS) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Friday, February 4. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 5-12. Southern Coffey County lost 48-36 in their recent non-league bout against Chase County (Cottonwood Falls, KS)
Next up, the Falcons clash with the Lebo Wolves (Lebo, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 4. West Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 11-5 record after their 79-39 non-league win over Marmaton Valley (Moran, KS).
