February 1, 2022: Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 The Surrattsville Hornets (Clinton, MD) basketball knocked off the host Douglass Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD), 39-26 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hornets (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD). The Clippers go into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Oxon Hill notched a victory over Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD), 57-37, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Oxon Hill for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A test on Tuesday, February 15.
