The Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs (Pennington, NJ) basketball knocked off the host Nottingham Northstars (Hamilton, NJ), 33-19 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Steinert (Hamilton, NJ). The Spartans go into the Colonial Valley - Patriot test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Steinert went down by West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ), 28-25, in a non-league test.

The Northstars now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to West Windsor-Plainsboro North for a non-league test on Friday, February 4. Nottingham will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 70-23 league loss to Ewing (Trenton, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 5-9.
