The Lincoln Park Lions basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Niles North Vikings to 42 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 15-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leyden for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 5. Lincoln Park will meet a Eagles team coming off a 53-19 league win over Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 9-13.
