Deer Valley Skyhawks (Glendale, AZ) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ), 3-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Skyhawks confront the Goldwater Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) in a 4A West Valley challenge, on Thursday, February 3. Deer Valley will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 6-4 league win over Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ).
