New Jersey High School Basketball - Bound Brook overwhelms Dayton
February 1, 2023: Bound Brook, NJ 08805 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Bound Brook Crusaders (Bound Brook, NJ) and the visiting Dayton Bulldogs (Springfield, NJ), saw Bound Brook's basketball squad wallop Dayton by a tally of 76-49.
With the victory, Bound Brook improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Immaculata (Somerville, NJ) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Immaculata won 86-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Warren Hills Regional (Washington, NJ)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ) in a Union County challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Dayton will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 2-16 record after their 56-23 non-league loss to St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ).
