Idaho High School Basketball - Carey topples Shoshone
February 1, 2023: Carey, ID 83320 In Wednesday's league outing, the Carey Panthers (Carey, ID) basketball squad beat the visiting Shoshone Indians (Shoshone, ID), by a count of 56-36.
The Panthers (14-5) will now prepare for their outing against Butte County (Arco, ID). The Pirates go into the non-league outing with a 8-9 record. In their last outing, Butte County was topped by Filer (Filer, ID), 53-47, in a non-league outing.
The Indians now hold a 0-11 record. They play next when they host Hansen for a 1A Snake River outing on Wednesday, February 8. Shoshone will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 41-38 non-league loss to Murtaugh (Murtaugh, ID). The Huskies record now stands at 4-14.
