New York High School Basketball - Highland ripped by Chapel Field Christian
February 1, 2023: Highland, NY 12528 The Chapel Field Christian basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Highland Huskies to 48 in the non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eldred for a Section 9 Orange County VI contest on Thursday, February 2. Chapel Field Christian will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 44-38 non-league loss to SS Seward (Florida, NY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-6.
The Huskies (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Dover (Dover Plains, NY). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Dover triumphed over Mount Academy (Esopus, NY), 54-34, in a league contest.
