February 1, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19808 The Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE) basketball knocked off the host McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE), 61-45 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Raiders (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Lake Forest (Felton, DE). The Spartans go into the Henlopen - Southern test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Lake Forest notched a victory over Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE), 54-38, in a non-league test.
The Highlanders now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Odessa for a Blue Hen Flight - B test on Friday, February 3. McKean will encounter a Ducks squad coming off a 62-47 league win over Brandywine (Wilmington, DE). The Ducks record now stands at 10-4.
