February 1, 2023: San Diego, CA 92154 The San Pasqual Academy Dragons (Escondido, CA) basketball felled the host Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Cobras (San Diego, CA), 36-19 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Dragons (5-6) will now prepare for their test against Borrego Springs (Borrego Springs, CA). The Rams go into the Manzanita test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Borrego Springs was beaten by Warner (Warner Springs, CA), 25-19, in a league test.
The Cobras now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Horizon Prep for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Chula Vista Learning Community Charter will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 32-14 league loss to The Cambridge School (San Diego, CA). The Lions record now stands at 11-5.
