Ohio High School Basketball - Copley fells Steele
February 1, 2023: Copley, OH 44321 Copley Indians (Copley, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Steele Comets (Amherst, OH), 60-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Copley upgrades its record to 20-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Barberton (Barberton, OH) to play the Magics in a Suburban - American bout on Saturday, February 4. The Magics go into the bout with a record of 6-14. Barberton lost 48-33 in their recent non-league bout against North Royalton (North Royalton, OH)
Next up, the Comets play the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) in a Southwestern bout, on Saturday, February 4. Steele will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Shoremen go into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 42-29 league loss to Midview (Grafton, OH).
