New Jersey High School Basketball - Moorestown Friends knocked off by Maple Shade
February 1, 2023: Maple Shade, NJ 08052 The Maple Shade Wildcats basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Moorestown Friends Foxes to 31 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington City for a Burlco - Freedom contest on Friday, February 3. Maple Shade will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 41-24 non-league loss to Buena (Buena, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-9.
The Foxes (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Cinnaminson (Cinnaminson, NJ). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Cinnaminson ran past Pemberton (Pemberton, NJ), 57-30, in a non-league contest.
