Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Notre Dame knocks off Greenwich

February 1, 2023: West Haven, CT 06516

The Notre Dame Green Knights ice hockey squad scored 6 points and restricted the visiting Greenwich Cardinals to 2 in the Green Knights non-league victory on Wednesday.

With the victory, Notre Dame moves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Green Knights host New Canaan (New Canaan, CT) to face the Rams in a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. The Rams go into the contest with a record of 10-2. New Canaan won 4-1 in their recent league contest against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT)

The Cardinals now sport a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Salle Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Greenwich will face a Rams squad coming off a 9-1 league win over North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI). The Rams record now stands at 9-5.
