Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Epiphany Falcons (New Bern, NC), 62-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Arendell Parrott Academy upgrades its record to 4-16 on the season. The Patriots host Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC) to clash with the Heat in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Heat go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Liberty Christian Academy won 79-45 in their recent non-league bout against Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, NC)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Epiphany will attempt to upgrade on its 3-19 season record. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a 15-6 record after their 52-38 league win over Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC).
