C. Milton Wright Mustangs (Bel Air, MD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Fallston Cougars (Fallston, MD), 75-57 in a league bout.

With the win, C. Milton Wright upgrades its record to 14-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Arundel (Gambrills, MD) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Arundel lost 71-70 in their recent league bout against South River (Edgewater, MD)

Next up, the Cougars play the Joppatowne Mariners (Joppa, MD) in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehana bout, on Friday, February 2. Fallston will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Mariners go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 77-70 non-league loss to Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD).
