February 1, 2024: Pleasant Hope, MO 65725 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Pleasant Hope Pirates (Pleasant Hope, MO) and the visiting Dadeville Bearcats (Dadeville, MO), saw Pleasant Hope's basketball squad hold off Dadeville by a tally of 51-45.
With the victory, Pleasant Hope improves its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Lockwood (Lockwood, MO) to confront the Tigers in a Southwest challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 14-7. Lockwood lost 41-38 in their recent league challenge against Miller (Miller, MO)
Next up, the Bearcats confront the Humansville Tigers (Humansville, MO) in a Polk County challenge, on Friday, February 2. Dadeville will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 80-40 league loss to Weaubleau (Weaubleau, MO).
