Missouri High School Basketball - West Platte nips Gallatin
February 1, 2024: Weston, MO 64098 West Platte Bluejays (Weston, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their basketball team nudge the visiting Gallatin Bulldogs (Gallatin, MO), 54-50 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Bluejays face the Lawson Cardinals (Lawson, MO) in a KCI game, on Friday, February 2. West Platte will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record. The Cardinals enter the game with a 7-10 record after their 59-38 non-league win over Trenton (Trenton, MO).
With the defeat, Gallatin moves to 7-9 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to South Harrison (Bethany, MO) to face the Bulldogs in a Grand River game on Friday, February 2. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 3-12. South Harrison lost 51-34 in their recent non-league game against Mid-Buchanan (Faucett, MO)
