New Jersey High School Basketball - Oakcrest tops LEAP Academy
February 1, 2024: Camden, NJ 08102 Oakcrest Falcons (Mays Landing, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host LEAP Academy Lancers (Camden, NJ), 81-66 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Oakcrest upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host Vineland (Vineland, NJ) to play the Fighting Clan in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Fighting Clan come into the bout with a record of 8-12. Vineland won 75-24 in their recent league bout against Buena (Buena, NJ)
Next up, the Lancers play the Riverside Rams (Riverside, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. LEAP Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 8-11 record after their 71-45 non-league win over Pennsauken Tech (Pennsauken, NJ).
