February 1, 2024: Eunice, LA 70535 The St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays (Eunice, LA) basketball felled the visiting North Iberville Bears (Rosedale, LA), 43-24 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Fighting Blue Jays (8-13) will now prepare for their test against Westminster Academy (Opelousas, LA). The Crusaders go into the 1A District 6 test with a 11-12 record. In their last test, Westminster Academy thwarted North Central (Lebeau, LA), 47-46, in a league test.
The Bears now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Berchmans Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6.
