February 1, 2024: Tuscaloosa, AL 35406 The Bibb County Choctaws (Centreville, AL) basketball nipped the host Northridge Jaguars (Tuscaloosa, AL), 54-51 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Choctaws (22-3) will now prepare for their test against Holt (Holt, AL). The Ironmen go into the non-league test with a 0-15 record. In their last test, Holt was tipped by Brookwood (Brookwood, AL), 52-23, in a non-league test.
The Jaguars now own a 18-10 record. They play next when they travel to Paul W. Bryant for a non-league test on Monday, February 5. Northridge will encounter a Stampede squad coming off a 62-38 non-league win over Demopolis (Demopolis, AL). The Stampede record now stands at 9-15.
