Mt. Healthy Fighting Owls (Cincinnati, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cincinnati Christian Cougars (Fairfield, OH), 74-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mt. Healthy upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Fighting Owls travel to DePaul Cristo Rey (Cincinnati, OH) to play the in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 7. The go into the bout with a record of 15-4. DePaul Cristo Rey won 31-28 in their recent non-league bout against Gamble Montessori (Cincinnati, OH)

Next up, the Cougars play the New Miami Vikings (Hamilton, OH) in a Freelance bout, on Saturday, February 3. Cincinnati Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record.
