February 1, 2024: New Carlisle, OH 45344 The Tecumseh Arrows (New Carlisle, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting Oakwood Lumberjacks (Dayton, OH), 47-39 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Arrows (10-10) will now prepare for their test against Kenton Ridge (Springfield, OH). The Cougars go into the Central Buckeye Conference - Kenton Trail test with a 2-16 record. In their last test, Kenton Ridge went down by Cedarville (Cedarville, OH), 59-25, in a non-league test.
The Lumberjacks now own a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Bellbrook for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Oakwood will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 38-31 league loss to Ross (Hamilton, OH). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 12-7.
