February 1, 2024: Deerfield, IL 60015 Rochelle Zell Jewish Tigers (Deerfield, IL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northtown Pumas (Chicago, IL), 52-26 in a league bout.
With the victory, Rochelle Zell Jewish upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Ida Crown Jewish Academy (Chicago, IL) to play the Aces in a bout on Saturday, February 3. The Aces come into the bout with a record of 8-2. Ida Crown Jewish Academy won 52-26 in their recent non-league bout against Northtown (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Pumas play the Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL) in a bout, on Monday, February 5. Northtown will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Broncos come into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 44-33 league win over Ellison (Chicago, IL).
