California High School Soccer - Acalanes knocks off Ygnacio Valley
February 1, 2024: Lafayette, CA 94549 Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Ygnacio Valley Wolves (Concord, CA), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Dons confront the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) in a Diablo - Valley challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Acalanes will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Broncos enter the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 3-0 league win over College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA).
The Wolves now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Campolindo for a Diablo - Valley challenge on Tuesday, February 6. Ygnacio Valley will confront a Cougars team coming off a 1-0 league win over Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 8-8.
