Iowa High School Basketball - Aberdeen Christian trounced by Western Christian
February 1, 2025: Hull, IA 51239 Western Christian Wolfpack (Hull, IA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD), 64-40 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Western Christian advances its record to 15-2 on the year. The Wolfpack host MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA) to meet the Dutchmen in a non-league match on Monday, February 3. The Dutchmen enter the match with a record of 14-3. MOC-Floyd Valley lost 67-59 in their recent league match against Unity Christian (Orange City, IA)
The Knights now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Central for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. Aberdeen Christian will meet a Thunder squad coming off a 56-27 non-league win over Strasburg/Zeeland (Strasburg, ND). The Thunder record now stands at 7-7.
