Minnesota High School Basketball - Becker nudges Fridley
February 1, 2025: Becker, MN 55308 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Becker Bulldogs (Becker, MN) and the visiting Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN), observed Becker's basketball team edge Fridley by a score of 89-87.
The Bulldogs (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Legacy Christian Academy (Andover, MN). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 11-6 record. In their last game, Legacy Christian Academy was edged by Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN), 80-72, in a non-league game.
With the loss, Fridley falls to 5-12 on the campaign. The Tigers host Kennedy (Bloomington, MN) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, February 3. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 3-12. Kennedy lost 77-60 in their recent league game against Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN)
