New York High School Basketball - Bowne knocks off Campus Magnet

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Bowne Wildcats basketball team scored a good 57-49 win over the Campus Magnet Bulldogs.

The Wildcats (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Hills (Forest Hills, NY). The Rangers come into the PSAL 4A Queens I contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Forest Hills defeated Van Buren (Queens Village, NY), 74-59, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Far Rockaway Seahorses (Far Rockaway, NY) in a PSAL 4A Queens II contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Campus Magnet will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Seahorses come into the contest with a 4-12 record after their 55-52 non-league win over Springfield Gardens (Springfield Gardens, NY).
