February 1, 2025: Earlham, IA 50072 Earlham Cardinals (Earlham, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Nodaway Valley Wolverines (Greenfield, IA), 74-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Earlham upgrades its record to 11-6 on the year. The Cardinals host Interstate 35 (Truro, IA) to face the Roadrunners in a West Central match on Tuesday, February 4. The Roadrunners enter the match with a record of 8-7.
The Wolverines now sport a 1-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Union for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. Nodaway Valley will face a Eagles squad coming off a 68-47 league loss to Lenox (Lenox, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-17.
