The Evansville Reitz Panthers (Evansville, IN) basketball were winner over the visiting Floyd Central Highlanders (Floyds Knobs, IN), 65-54 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they host Evansville Memorial for a Southern Indiana bout on Thursday, February 6. Evansville Reitz will play a Tigers team coming off a 66-46 non-league win over Boonville (Boonville, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Floyd Central falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN) to play the Stars in a Hoosier Hills bout on Thursday, February 6.
