Illinois High School Basketball - Glenbard East nips Wheaton Academy
February 1, 2025: Lombard, IL 60148 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Glenbard East Rams basketball team scored a close 56-55 win over the Wheaton Academy Warriors.
The Rams (17-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bartlett (Bartlett, IL). The Hawks come into the Upstate Eight - West contest with a 10-14 record. In their last contest, Bartlett was tipped by Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL), 63-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Chicago Christian Knights (Palos Heights, IL) in a Chicagoland Christian contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Wheaton Academy will attempt to better on its 14-7 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 9-9 record after their 64-59 non-league win over Grant Park (Grant Park, IL).
