The Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets (Front Royal, VA) basketball edged the visiting IMG Academy Silver Ascenders (Bradenton, FL), 44-39 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Yellow Jackets now possess a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to King Abdullah Academy for a VISAA Division III bout on Tuesday, February 4. Randolph-Macon Academy will play a Falcons team coming off a 59-50 league loss to Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-15.

With the loss, IMG Academy Silver falls to 4-14 on the campaign. The Ascenders host Combine Academy Varsity (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Goats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. The Goats go into the bout with a record of 7-5.
