Indiana High School Basketball - Jasper bested by New Albany
February 1, 2025: Jasper, IN 47546 New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, IN) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Jasper Wildcats (Jasper, IN), 69-52 in a non-league match.
With the victory, New Albany advances its record to 12-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Jennings County (North Vernon, IN) to meet the Panthers in a Hoosier Hills match on Thursday, February 6. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 8-7. Jennings County lost 73-62 in their recent non-league match against Cooper (Union, KY)
The Wildcats now own a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barr-Reeve for a non-league match on Thursday, February 6. Jasper will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 53-21 league win over Shoals (Shoals, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 11-4.
