In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Williamsville South Billies basketball team scored a good 60-44 win over the Nichols Vikings.

The Billies (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Williamsville East (East Amherst, NY). The Flames come into the Section 6 Erie County II contest with a 3-5 record.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Cardinal O'Hara Hawks (Tonawanda, NY) in a Monsignor Martin contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Nichols will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record. The Hawks come into the contest with a 5-13 record after their 61-36 non-league win over West Seneca East (West Seneca, NY).
