Wisconsin High School Basketball - St. Catherine's bested by Westosha Central
February 1, 2025: Salem, WI 53168 Westosha Central Falcons (Salem, WI) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting St. Catherine's Angels (Racine, WI), 85-72 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Westosha Central advances its record to 12-6 on the year. The Falcons travel to Badger (Lake Geneva, WI) to meet the Badgers in a Southern Lakes match on Thursday, February 6. The Badgers enter the match with a record of 8-9. Badger lost 87-71 in their recent non-league match against Kenosha Bradford (Kenosha, WI)
The Angels now own a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Martin Luther for a Metro Classic match on Tuesday, February 4. St. Catherine's will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 68-67 league loss to St. Thomas More (Milwaukee, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 11-7.
