The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Herscher Tigers (Herscher, IL) and the visiting Grant Park Dragons (Grant Park, IL), observed Herscher's basketball team overwhelm Grant Park by a score of 44-21.

The Tigers (12-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Coal City (Coal City, IL). The Coalers come into the Illinois Central 8 challenge with a 19-7 record. In their last challenge, Coal City was routed by Marquette (Ottawa, IL), 54-34, in a non-league challenge.
