February 1, 2025: Rutland, VT 05701 In Saturday's non-league test, the Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave (Rutland, VT) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Granville Golden Horde (Granville, NY), by a score of 52-37.
Next, the Green Wave encounter the Otter Valley Otters (Brandon, VT) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 4. Mt. St. Joseph Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Otters come into the test with a 2-10 record after their 50-26 non-league loss to Rutland (Rutland, VT).
The Golden Horde (2-10) will now prepare for their test against Hartford Central (Hartford, NY). The Tanagers come into the Section 2 Adirondack I test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Hartford Central beat Fort Ann (Fort Ann, NY), 70-33, in a league test.
