The Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA) basketball toppled the host Salmen Spartans (Slidell, LA), 60-40 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The now possess a 13-13 record. They play next when they travel to University Lab for a 3A District 6 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Madison Prep Academy will play a Cubs team coming off a 63-33 league win over Glen Oaks (Baton Rouge, LA). The Cubs record now stands at 20-2.
