Washington High School Basketball - Lynden bests Lynden Christian
February 1, 2025: Lynden, WA 98264 The Lynden Lions basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Lynden Christian Lyncs to 44 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now possess a 15-0 record. They play next when they travel to Anacortes for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. Lynden will confront a Seahawks team coming off a 54-53 non-league loss to Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Seahawks record now stands at 8-8.
With the loss, Lynden Christian falls to 12-4 on the campaign. The Lyncs host Lakewood (Arlington, WA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 13-4. Lakewood won 44-34 in their recent non-league game against Mt. Baker (Deming, WA)
