In Saturday's non-league test, the River Valley Vikings (Caledonia, OH) basketball squad knocked off the host Ridgedale Rockets (Morral, OH), by a score of 61-41.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Highland Fighting Scots (Marengo, OH) in a test, on Tuesday, February 4. River Valley will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Fighting Scots come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 59-18 league loss to Shelby (Shelby, OH).
