California High School Soccer - Poway toppled by San Diego
February 1, 2025: San Diego, CA 92101 San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Poway Titans (Poway, CA), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, San Diego moves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Cavers host Point Loma (San Diego, CA) to confront the Pointers in a City - Western test on Tuesday, February 4. The Pointers come into the test with a record of 4-6. Point Loma 1-1 in their recent league test against Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA)
The Titans now have a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Del Norte for a Palomar test on Tuesday, February 4. Poway will play a Nighthawks squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA). The Nighthawks record now stands at 9-0.
